Hi! I’m Allie, a certified yoga instructor, former elementary special education teacher, and mom of two wonderful kids. I hold a Master’s degree in Teaching with additional graduate studies in Special Education. I became a certified Pretzel Kids teacher because I wanted to offer children a fun, engaging approach to yoga that supports movement, mindfulness, and creativity while building confidence and enhancing focus, and emotional well-being.  I am thrilled to offer Pretzel Kids classes, homeschool enrichment programs, and special events throughout Palm Beach County!
