Hi! I’m Alyssa, a yoga instructor and mom. I’ve been teaching yoga since 2021 and became a certified Pretzel Kids teacher in 2025. My favorite part about teaching is helping others learn the right tools to build confidence and find inner peace. I am super excited to offer classes and events in the Wallingford area!
