Hi! I’m Amy Hardy, a yoga instructor, stepmom of an 8-year-old and a grandmother of 2. I have an associates degree in Early Childhood education and have completed my 200 YTT as well as my certification with Pretzel Kids for kids yoga. I became a Pretzel Kids teacher in 2025 and my favorite part about teaching is watching kids melt on the mat, breathe, laugh and learn skills to help calm them and build confidence. I am excited to offer classes and pop up events for kids.
