Hi, I’m Jackie. I’m a 1000-hour Yoga Educator, E-RYT 500, specializing in trauma-informed yoga and somatic coaching for children, adults and prenatal. I’m also a certified personal trainer focusing on corrective exercise and nutrition coaching, and now a Pretzel Kids instructor. In addition, I’m a mom who enjoys time outdoors or crafting with my family, friends and animals.
