Hi! I’m Jennifer, a former exceptional student educator and mom of 5. I started teaching Pretzel Kids yoga classes because my daughter has disabilities and autism, and I saw a need in my community for more inclusive and adaptive movement classes for children. My goal in every class is to create a safe and welcoming space where every child can enjoy the benefits of movement and mindfulness through yoga.
