Hi! I’m Kay, an Optimal Wellness Advocate and a proud mom of a precious fur baby. I am a recent graduate with a Bachelor of Science in healthcare management and an Associate of Science in organizational management. I am currently studying for my Master of Business Administration, specializing in Metaphysics. I absolutely love teaching Pretzel Kids classes. and my favorite part about teaching is supporting children in being the driver on their journey of optimal wellness! I am super excited to offer classes and events in Port Saint Lucie, Florida. I enjoy meditating, visiting American history museums and listening to Norman Vincent Peale audio books!
