Hi! I’m Tonia Major, a preschool yoga movement and mindfulness instructor. I have been a yoga fanatic for 20 years and received my RYT200 in 2022! I am currently studying to earn the Pretzel Kids Certification, as it is bringing more substance and material to use with the kiddos. I am enjoying my own yoga journey immensely.

Children will be led on a half hour Pretzel Kids yoga adventure. We will be syncing our themes with those of the classroom. Basic yoga poses, yoga games, breathing exercises and mindfulness are all touched upon in our time together each week.
